Fun with Bubbles and Family

What can I say other than WOW!!! (That is for my niece Kristen) We here at the Kiracofe's had one SPECTACULAR weekend. Enjoying the weather and spending time with the family! We cooked out on Saturday and here is a sample of our fun!!

It all starts with some good food.......


Then add a little goofing off!!

Oh, and of course....our little BUDDY!!!


Then later on Evan disappeared....to play in the barn!! I think the John Deere tractor was the main attraction!!

Then we broke out Koren's gift to Evan for Easter!!! A Bubble/Squirt Gun!!! I just couldn't choose which pictures to post....so here are a TON of them!! For all of you Evan Heaven fans I hope you enjoy!!! This should hold you for a while!!

Side Note: I know the posts have been fewer lately. That is for 2 reasons. One I apparently have wretched allergies. Worse than I've ever experienced. Secondly, I have really not been in the picture taking mood....but I promise to get BACK in the mood!!! However, some of these are so candid and I honestly didn't think they would even turn out. But they seem to be the cutest. I hope you agree!!


Today (Saturday April 11th) we went to Holly Hills to have brunch with the Easter Bunny.

Grandpa Don joined us and it was so much fun!! Obviously Evan was really happy that Grandpa Don was there!!! They have such a good time together.



The first time Evan spotted the Easter Bunny.

Stuff Evan Does!!!

On Friday we were looking for something to do. We haven't painted in a while!! This is one of Evan's favorite things!! Of course he can never say "Awww Mom you never let me have any fun"!!!! I always let him go crazy doing this...it's so easy to clean up I figure why not?? There were sooo many cute pictures from this little adventure it was hard to pick just a few to post.

I thought this one was cute, it looks like he's frantically artistic!!

CLEAN UP TIME!!





I promise you I don't force him into hard labor!!!! The kid LOVES to vacuum. The minute he spills a snack or some cereal he runs to the closet to retrieve the vacuum cleaner.

Who am I to deny him this pleasure???

Evan does Easter!!

Spring is in the air and Evan has been ready to have some fun!!

We kicked off the Easter holiday by coloring some Easter Eggs. Let me say we had a blast. Evan was really amazed by the whole process. Having a great time dunking eggs and watching with such anticipation until we could lift them out of the water! Although the most fun was dumping the blue egg dye over!! It was pretty funny. The look on his face was priceless. I cleaned up a lot of blue that day, but I think that makes it most memorable!!!

After the "Blue Incident of 2009" Evan had to go "skins" for the rest of his egg coloring experience!!



I was in too much shock when the blue went flying!!! But here is my little angel helping mommy on clean up!!
He actually did an excellent job of cleaning!! I suppose he's seen me clean up enough of his little messes!!
