Santa sees Evan.....and Evan sees Santa!!

On Sunday Santa drove around on top of a fire engine!! What could be better for Evan? We also arranged to have Santa come in to visit Evan and bring him a gift straight from the big man!!!

And today we visited Santa with some friends!!

This year Evan was so stoked about seeing Santa both times!!!

Evan and his favorite buddy Jamie!!! He asks for Jamie all day long if I slip up and tell him we are playing that day!! We were also with our friends Jeannie and Owen, but Owen was having no part of Santa this year.

Evan's Christmas Pictures 2009

I was waiting until I sent out our Christmas cards before I posted the pictures. So here they are!! Evan really puts you in the Christmas spirit!!!

I just love the new place we take him. The Picture People (where I took him last year) out here in Frederick really stink!!!! But this summer and these pictures were taken at a new place.

This picture above was on our Christams Card!!
If that smile doesn't make you smile then NOTHING will! :)

Being is normally goofy self.

Evan welcomes Santa to Frederick

Tonight Evan went to downtown Frederick with 2 of his favorite people! His sister (a.k.a. ISH) and Jesse. Evan is very lucky to have such wonderful people who love him so much!! Santa was arriving via a Horse Drawn Carriage and Evan was there to kick off the Christmas Season!!

Evan and Ish!!! I mean does it get much cuter than this!! Evan really loves his sister and I have a feeling she really loves him too!

Evan and Jesse (a.k.a. Jesh) At the last minute Evan decided to do a goofball face!!

Seeing Christmas through those little brown eyes!!

They even had Evan do some shopping for Mommy and Daddy!! I can't wait to see what he picked out for us!! He was so cute, when he got home he kept trying to tell us what he got for us!!

And of course took some time to goof off and charm the sales staff!!! It seems everywhere you take Evan he leaves them smiling!!

Merry Christmas Everybody!!

Hanging with the boys

Today was awesome weather. We are trying to capitalize on as much nice weather as possible before its freeeeezing!!!

Evan and Jamie running off that energy!!!
Evan somehow acquired Owen's New York Yankee hat...decided to chew it up and spit it out!!! Too bad the Orioles can't do that!!!

Kicking off November!!

November is already competing with October for fun!!

Yesterday (Nov 1st) we attended the Brunswick Veterans Day parade. It has all the elements of a good time for Evan!! Marching, Military, Bands, Trucks, Music, Fire Trucks, Motorcycles, Little Mini Shriner Cars, Horses, Loud Muscle Cars and tons of FIRE TRUCKS!! I know I said that...but there were so many!! Here are some pictures from the parade.

Evan considers these trucks his own personal property!!!
Love this picture.

Waving his flag so much it kept tangling!!!

Fall, Farms, Tractors, Slides, Friends and Underwear!!

Hello to all of Evan's fans, friends and family! I know it's been a while and some of you have mentioned that lack of postings. Sometimes you just get caught up in the Facebook world and forget that not EVERYONE has a Facebook page!! Crazy..I know. Furthermore, I do want to continue this blog for prosperity. So here goes nothing!!

Let's see how about an update on Evan? Our little guy is doing really great. I'm guessing that he's going to be the class clown. Evan loves to imitate faces and pictures he sees. For example billboards, signs in restaurants and books. He even imitated the bell on the Taco Bell cup! It was pretty funny. I'll try to capture more and more of his funny little antics. He definitely has a fabulous sense of humor.

Potty training is well underway. He is bladder trained completely and #2 is coming along! Boys can be tough with that one, but we are making progress. I have been so proud of Evan. He's been strictly in underwear during the day since July. Except this past Tuesday when his Mommy forgot to put underwear on him!! But not his fault!! :) OOPS!

My little angel will be 3 soon and I can't believe it!

Well, I'll keep it short, because who has time to read when you can look at pictures!! Here are a ton of pictures and they may not be in order. Hope everyone is well and enjoying the fall weather!!

These pictures are from when we visited the Aviation Museum up near my sister's house! Evan had a blast and we'll have to return with Daddy!!
Evan and his cousin Ryan.
Evan with his cousin Kristen.
Very excited to see the airplanes!!! I think he has the museum gene from his Dad!

Later that day we celebrated my friend Jenny's son's 2nd Birthday at Chuck E. Cheese!!!

This is just a classic pose!!!
Showing mommy one of his goofball faces!

This is only the beginning of many pictures of Evan sliding!! Here he is at one of the many farms we have visited this season...of course sliding and having a blast!! He even went down head first one time...but I missed that shot!!

On October 3rd we visited Summers' Farm with Evan's sister and her boyfriend Jesse!! We got to pet animals, pick pumpkins, see tractors and ride on a hayride!!

Sitting on the pumpkin he picked!!!
Acting goofy...

Later that day Evan got to ride a train from Brunswick to downtown Frederick. Both towns were having big festivals so it was a lot of fun. The next day we spent all day at Brunswick Railroad Days! Evan had a blast!! There were trains, tractors and fire engines. What more could he ask for???

These 2 pictures are from the train ride from Brunswick to Frederick. I took a bunch of course. However, I make a point to take a few good shots and then enjoy the moments with him. I don't want him or I to have these great experiences and only see them through a camera!! That ride I really just soaked in his amazement and enjoyment. It was so much fun.
These pictures are from Sunday October 4th at Brunswick Railroad Days.

Of course there was sliding!!

Seriously....how cute is that???
It took Evan about 5 seconds to make friends with the fireman!! He inspected every nook and cranny of this truck!! These were just a few shot of his tour!!!

Here we are visiting Crumland Farms with our friends Lisa and Colin!! They have animals, tractor slides, big giant tube slides and lots of room to run!!!
Of course more sliding!!
I feel like I'm being watched!!!

How about that face?? Yes, he did pet the goat!!
This is a giant combine that they turned into a slide. The boys loved this!!
This is the slide out of the back of the combine!! Welcome to Frederick County Folks!!

Well that should do it for now. Evan and I have been keeping very busy and taking advantage of the wonderful fall weather. I hope these pictures gave you an idea of the fun he's been having!! I'll try to keep the blog updated more often!!
