OBX Day 9This morning Chris would kiss his necklace and then Evan would kiss it too. It was so adorable. Jessica, Chris's girlfriend has the other half and is serving in Iraq. Then we did some time in the pool before Evan napped and we headed out to the 4x4 beach again for the rest of the day.
Yes, we pulled a "Britney Spears" maneuver. But it's just on the beach....Chris and Evan were in the back seat of Jim's truck. Evan

This is what it looks like driving down the 4x4 beach. It's so cool that you can just load up the truck and head on out. It's so much fun!!!
Evan was super excited to spend the rest of the day at the beach and he jumps right in. Don't worry Mom, you can see Jim's shadow off to the right of Evan!! :)
He likes to gather up water and then dump it on himself.
Time for a quick beach snack on the back of Daddy's Truck.

Digging for Fiddler Crabs....
They did find 2!!! And NOOO I didn't eat them!! :)

We had a really great day. Only 4 more days left....But we plan to make the most of them!
Just when you think Evan couldn't get any more adorable... he does!! Can't wait for you guys to come home and for Evan to share his beach stories with his friends :)
